塑伯S0511油性顆粒物過濾量提升母粒是針對大部分客戶對于油性顆粒物過濾量要求（FFP2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）推出的新產(chǎn)品。采用親油性的配方工藝，均勻分散于PP（聚丙烯）載體中，成絲后對油性顆粒物具有同性相吸效應(yīng)，對過濾量的提升與添加量成正比例（建議添加20%以下），隨著添加比例增加，熔體流動性降低，故成型溫度應(yīng)同步提高。

SPP S0511 oil particle filter quantity promotion masterbatch is a new product launched for most customers' requirements for oil particle filter quantity (FFP2 standard).The formulation process with lipophilic property is adopted, which is evenly dispersed in PP (polypropylene) carrier. After being spun, it has the same phase absorption effect on oily particles. The increase of filtration amount is in positive proportion to the addition amount (it is suggested to add less than 20%). With the increase of the addition proportion, the melt fluidity decreases, so the molding temperature should be increased synchronously.
